THE FIRST LEVEL OF REIKI (SHODEN) OPENS US TO THE FLOW OF REIKI. IT SUPPORTS PURIFICATION, HEALING, HARMONIZATION, AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT. AT THIS STAGE, YOU EXPLORE THE FOUNDATIONS OF REIKI AND THE ESSENTIALS OF WORKING WITH ENERGY. IT IS ALSO A TIME OF SELF-HEALING AND LEARNING HOW TO SUPPORT OTHERS — AS WELL AS TO WORK WITH INTENTIONS, PLANTS, FOOD, AND ANIMALS ETC. THE MAIN FOCUS AT THIS STAGE IS SELF-HEALING AND BUILDING A STRONG FOUNDATION FOR YOUR PRACTICE.
During the two-day course, I will guide you through the fundamentals of this practice, teaching you how to use the body’s natural healing abilities and transmit them through the hands. You will learn the history of Reiki, the principles behind it, and how to give a full-body treatment to yourself and others. You will also receive plenty of hands-on experience, so that after the course you’ll feel confident in your practice. After completing the two-day course, you will also receive access to my “21 Shoden” program — a guided online journey with recorded practices to help you integrate Reiki into your daily life and deepen your connection with the energy.
REIKI SHODEN COURSE DETAILS
The Shoden Level I course takes place over two days, designed to help you understand and integrate this energetic knowledge and to support your own journey.
Included in the course:
- Reiju
- Two group meetings (3–4 hours each) with up to 5 participant
- REIKI 21 PROGRAM | SHODEN – a signature program created by Kasia Wac Energia, guiding you through 21 days of daily practice after the course. It helps you integrate the fundamentals of the Reiki system through techniques and exercises that deepen your understanding. The program includes recorded teachings with guided meditations, an e-book, and printable cards to support your personal practice.
- Access to the newsletter and a private Facebook group for students who have attended Reiki courses with Kasia Wac Energia or purchased the REIKI 21 PROGRAM | SHODEN — where I share monthly teachings, inspiration, and practices to support your Reiki journey and spiritual growth

DEPOSIT: 1100 DKK paid in advance to secure your spot — non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days before the training.

Only paid registrations are confirmed — you will receive an email confirmation once your spot is secured. Cancellations made less than 7 days hours before the course do not release from the payment obligation. It’s all about trust and respect for our shared space.
